What is NAS Communications?
NAS Communications is an independent Digital Facilitation & Common Service Centre. We help citizens apply for Kerala State and Central Government certificates, licenses, identity cards, tax filings, utility bill payments, and provide authentic computing accessories.
Is it mandatory to register or provide mobile number to access services?
No. You can click any service and hit "Skip for Now" to be directed immediately to the verified government portal with zero friction, zero OTPs, and no mandatory signup.
Why are government fees and NAS assistance charges listed separately?
We maintain 100% transparency. Government statutory fees go directly to the respective department (e.g. NSDL for PAN, Passport Seva Kendra, Kerala Revenue). The NAS assistance charge covers our document scanning, verification, and expert filing desk support.
How can I get updates on my application status?
If you provide your name and mobile number when opening a service, our desk automatically registers your interest and sends tracking notifications and direct PDF receipts to your WhatsApp.
How does delivery work for store products?
Products ordered from our online shop are dispatched with express shipping across Kerala. Orders above ₹500 qualify for free delivery.
